Nevada corporations setting one up, need recommendations

Any recommendations for an attorney who can assist me in setting up an S-Corp in Nevada? Maybe even a registered agent? I heard Nevada Holding Corp. could help and I can’t find them on web search; maybe that’s the point ;)
