Law of Attraction REALLY works!
A buddy and I were visiting FL (from Houston) in November and our early morning flight ended up being delayed until almost 7pm (all other flights full).
What did we do???
We decided to sit at the bar and have a few drinks.
During that time we decided to write down a few goals heading into 2020.
I wrote down that I wanted to acquire 3 Multi-Family deals before the November of 2020.
I am under contract on an 11 unit; next week I should lock up a 16 unit and a 20 unit! We are still in January!!!
Maybe I set the goal too low LOL!
