Seeking Self-Improvement Journaling Suggestions
Unsure if this is the right forum... if not, can a moderator or someone move to the correct location.
I've been contemplating this for quite some time, but have never acted on it. Does anyone do daily journaling? And if so, what journal would you recommend? Looking for something that allows me to keep on track with business objectives, as well as offers some subtle help at continuous self-improvement.
