First Post! Rehab Resources

Hi all - first post here, but not new to the community! We have 3 doors in Winston Salem, and are exploring doing our first purchase that would involve a rehab. I understand the high level strategy of the BRRRR method, but I'm struggling with wrapping my head around the day to day of the rehab process. I'm looking for resources that can help me get a better understanding of the ins and outs of planning a rehab, including budgeting, a *very* dummy proof explanation of all of the different considerations that need to be made (electrical, plumbing, etc!), how to prioritize for the best return, etc.
