Hi all - first post here, but not new to the community! We have 3 doors in Winston Salem, and are exploring doing our first purchase that would involve a rehab. I understand the high level strategy of the BRRRR method, but I'm struggling with wrapping my head around the day to day of the rehab process. I'm looking for resources that can help me get a better understanding of the ins and outs of planning a rehab, including budgeting, a *very* dummy proof explanation of all of the different considerations that need to be made (electrical, plumbing, etc!), how to prioritize for the best return, etc.

Hey @Nathan Faucett - not at the time, we're pretty focused on Winston Salem at the moment! Specifically in the Ardmore, West End, and West Salem areas for multi-family units. I did live in Greensboro for 7-8 years and there is some great stuff there - I was in the Lindley Park area at the time.

Bummed we missed this - any plans to do another meet up in the Winston Salem or Greensboro area in August or September?
