found a section 8 duplex to house hack
Here we go! I found a slightly distressed duplex in an area where the city has approved a build of townhomes in the lot adjacent to the duplex. The occupied unit is an an older couple that gets their income from the state and section 8 pays the rest. I would have a few upgrades to take care of in my unit and pest repoert came back a little over 1100 for repairs. It will be my 1st. What are your thoughts? Thanks for your input!
