Storage Units education and starting out.
If anyone is in the storage unit asset class I have a few questions. What books would you recommend on reading, videos to watch on YouTube, etc. Once educated enough did you go into drive up storage units small ones that you see off the interstate or did you go into bigger units 80×80? I'm going to making a few calls to local owners and see if they would like to mentor me on how they got to where they are. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
