Is the pro sub worth the money? And has anyone taken the boot camps? Worth the investment? Been on the fence just need to here the doers. TIA!
Just reaching out here if anyone in South Dakota mainly Sioux Falls (or any place state wide) area is currently investing. What is the cap rate in SD (5?), for commercial multi-family what is the current rent at per unit?

Just reaching out here if anyone in South Dakota mainly Sioux Falls (or any place state wide) area is currently investing, mentoring in the self storage class. If so I would like to get in contact with you and pick your brain.
If anyone is in the storage unit asset class I have a few questions. What books would you recommend on reading, videos to watch on YouTube, etc. Once educated enough did you go into drive up storage units small ones that you see off the interstate or did you go into bigger units 80×80? I'm going to making a few calls to local owners and see if they would like to mentor me on how they got to where they are. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
