How do I find investors ? How do I present a business plan to them? What do they want to know when presenting a plan?

@Eugene Reamico Best thing you can do is to simply talk real estate. Everyone you talk to, everywhere you go, if you just talk real estate connections will follow. You will be surprised how many people are involved/interested in realestate. You will definitely have to build connections first before you can talk about pitching to investors. Thank you all for your response. Have been studying CRE and will focus on multifamily property. what is the best way for a newbie who wants to purchase a property ( apartment ) be taken seriously by a seasoned real estate agent?

When this is your first post, you are clearly looking for people to give you money to invest, but have no background at all that would cause anyone to give you money. What is your role in this alleged partnership? Why would someone give you money? What's your background and experience in real estate investing? What do you have to offer?

@Eugene Reamico Best place to start is with people you know, family and friends. From there just tell them what you're up to and explain real estate to them and show them a deal analysis. I would focus on finding multiple exit strategies because people want to know how they're going to get their money back.
