Sacramento Brewery meetup

Hi all! 

I’m pretty new to RE investing and I’m currently working on a couple off market deals. I’ll just say, I’m a little obsessed with what I’m learning here on BP. I co-own and operate a large brewery located in Sacramento and I was wondering if anyone is interested in hosting a regular meetup at the brewery. I’m super busy so it’s been a challenge making it to local meetups. I figured this would be a win win.  Someone can have an awesome spot to host their meetups and I’ll finally get to know some other local investors. If that doesn’t work out and if anyone just wants to cruise by and talk shop let me know. Cheers!

Love the idea!  Count me in.  I’m a relative newbie to investing.  I have a couple properties but always want to learn more. Have a small amount of capital to use for the next investment but not sure what that should be.
