How to work with property manager

Da Pe bigpock
Posted

Hi,

I'm currently working with a property manager to lease my our property. It has been 3 months and we have yet to land a tenant. Periodically I get update from the property manager about new applications, but is there any way to check if the information they provide is real? How do I know if the they are actually making progress?

I am with Jon. It all starts with communication and voicing your concerns. See if they can provide feedback from the showings and maybe you can make some adjustments with that info and get it rented. This is not an uncommon issue I have heard and virtually all of it can be solved by having open lines of communication
