Newbie Under Contract
Hi everyone!
I'm just beginning my journey into real estate investing. I'll be house hacking my way in for now and aiming to progress to using the BRRRR method. Congrats on going under contact! I myself plan to continue using the house hacking method until I have a good reason not too. Soooo many benefits to house hacking, I love it. You mentioned a mentor, have you ever considered a mastermind instead? I have been part of mines for over a year now and people in your current position are the ones who would probably benefit from it the most.
