Expert advice for OOS markets
Hello BP community members, I am currently looking at OOS markets including but not limited to Indiana, Alabama, Georgia, Florida and Oklahoma for BRRRR projects. I am looking to invest in single-family home/Small multi family. My goal is to cash flow and grow. I am looking to get as much information and talk with other investors in the area to learn from them and get advice. I am not sure how to get in contact with other investors. Would love to hear your opinion in any of these markets
