I’m interested in expanding my knowledge on turn key properties. Can anyone recommend any good books on the subject? If I could also get a good site to look for any properties.

@Jose Aguilar, if you search the forums on the topic you will likely find an overwhelming amount of information about TK investing on BP. My best recommendation for you is to create an initial criteria in terms of what is important to you when considering investing, what locations, price points, asset class such as MF, SFR, new construction vs older rehabbed homes, etc. That will allow you to have a bit more of a directed investigation in your search.
