Attorney/Property Manager/Insurance Broker References

Hi, I'm a prospective investor in the Cleveland area looking for a good Real Estate attorney to handle legal work as well as a property manager to deal with administrative duties of my first property. I need a manager as I am working full-time and will not be able to be on call 24/7 should issues arise. Lastly, If anyone knows a good insurance broker for rentals, I would greatly appreciate it.

Look up David Streeter for the attorney. Have worked with him extensively, he does great work.
