Thanks William for your response, sorry I wasn't more clear. Multifamily duplexes are pretty much the norm where I live at for investment properties so that is primarily what I am going for. In addition, I would like an attorney(s) who deals with landlord-tenant related disputes such as evictions or liability lawsuits. If possible, I would also like one who could be a third-party in the transaction process including closing on a house. 

Hi, I'm a prospective investor in the Cleveland area looking for a good Real Estate attorney to handle legal work as well as a property manager to deal with administrative duties of my first property. I need a manager as I am working full-time and will not be able to be on call 24/7 should issues arise. Lastly, If anyone knows a good insurance broker for rentals, I would greatly appreciate it.
