Hi, My name is Zachary Wells and I am CFO of Wells Consortium L.L.C. We are a collection of investors creating relationships and networking to maximize profits. Right now I'm looking for good Title companies in the DFW area who are versed in wholesaling/assignments/options and other creative strategies.
