Just Getting Started

I'm brand new to wholesaling, and I'm focusing my energy on foreclosures, for the time being. What have been your most effective methods of contacting homeowners/sellers? So far, I've been going to the properties and knocking on doors. I'm only a few days in, and 25 houses in, but NO ONE has answered the door yet, so I'm hoping to spend my time and energy on something with a little more ROI.

@Justin Henderson

Wholesaling is very time consuming

Also I would shy away from foreclosures and door knocking as most borrowers will think it’s a bank representative and not want to talk to you.
