Investing In Brooklyn
Hi all!
I am a rookie here, and I have been reading, listening, and watching any content on real estate I can find in the past few months. I am 19 years old, still living at home, and have about 20k saved up. I have college tuition to pay this upcoming year but I strongly want to enter the market. Brooklyn's prices are crazy high, and I am not sure where to start. People have suggested house hacking, but as I am already living rent free, I wouldn't want to go through that expense. Is it worth it to become a real estate investor?
Another suggestion is to rent out of state, but as a newbie, I would rather not start with that.
I would really want to own multi family properties, and am looking for advice on how to go about that given the current situation.
