How to i get started in real estate in Indian market?

Hello biggerpockets community, I am Om Nalamwar 20 years old. I have read so many real estate related books and listened so many podcasts.. But some of rules in India is different than US.. Is there any investor have any connection over here in india.. I can meet with them to learn about real estate. Happy to get any advice from community.

I am not in India market but I suggest reaching out to local brokerages and asking to meet with them. If you go to the Networking tab you can see if there are local meet ups in your area. I would also check out Facebook and online. The more you network the better.

What can I do in real estate with local market here it is village with no any driving economic factors. Only thing here is temple. But most of the money in village is held under the trust of the temple. Lots of commercial unit supply and to-let signs for housing rentals and commercial rental. No one in village uses any indian mls. Brockerages are like secretive in nature do not give leads faster. politics is involved. No any networking opportunities here as it is village with no much development going on. I met one of reputed contractor and started working with them to learn more about village.
