Major Red Flags from Home Inspection

William Bentley
Posted

I'm looking to get into my first investment property and have been pulling the trigger on a few properties. I am currently under contract for one and just had my home inspection finished. I'm curious what are some major red flags that pull investors from a deal? Thank you.

@William Bentley

Big ticket items - foundation issues, knob and tube wiring, asbestos, lead paint, roof/water issues and plumbing issues
