Starting out from oversea? How to make it possible?

Hey guys!Hope you are well, I am Jack from Hong Kong, I am 30 and have been reading becoming financially free using real estates for a long time since the Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Unfortunately, where I am from the property prices are too tough for anyone with an avg job to get into buy-to-let as it would take many years to save up the deposit. All the education I have found so far are for UK / US markets. Being eager and passionate about starting asap, I would love to hear what would be your advice for someone like me?I understand that I need to study more and build up a trusted network, so I thought starting out with a post would be a great start! Have you met anyone in my position before? If you have, please share your experience with me and it would be greatly appreciated to point me in a direction which I can take actions on in the future. Thanks in advance!Jack

Yes, it's possible but it's definitely not easy. @Hadar Orkibi is a good guy to look up, invests in the US from NZ.

@Jack Law I received your msg and responded. You are at the right place. Starting with the right education and taking all in is the key. I think. First, you must decide which asset class you plan to invest in. Single Family? Multifamily?  Understanding which markets can offer you a better Price to rent ratio and how you can actually do business in the US. Are you able to borrow money as a none resident/citizen? There are any factors to consider...
