Long-time Follower, First-Time Poster
Hello all,
I am John (Jack) Nazarian, and I am a new real estate investor. As stated in the title, I have been following BiggerPockets for some time now. As a Challenge to myself, I wanted to complete one deal before making introductions on this forum of professionals.
So, I finally took the plunge and acquired my first property this December 2022. I am going to be focusing my investing career on building a stack of rentals. My current goal is to attain financial independence to spend as much time as possible with my Wife and newborn Son.
I am also hoping to meet some folks from the Las Vegas area that are passionate about REI as my wife is tired of hearing about it! We are all so lucky, this forum and associated media are such a wealth of knowledge to help us achieve our goals!

Welcome Jack & congrats on taking the plunge. Your off to a great start. I am in the same boat as my wife is tired of hearing about it as well. I eat, sleep, breathe, & dream real estate & investing. I have purchased 4 house in 2 months. My goal is at least 2 per month next year. That is doors, not just properties. My next is a 5 unit that I am working on right now. Good luck & get after it.
