Hi! I am looking to get a section 8 property and wanted to reach out and see if there is anybody that I could bounce some questions off of. Looking to purchase in the state of Indiana for my first one. If you have experience and would like to help out, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you !

 I have done 100s and 100s, Not really any different then renting to cash person. You just need to screen them well, fill out paperwork and the house has to be perfect. I strongly suggest hiring a PM co, let them handle.
