Government grants used to purchase...?
Quick background: I don't have any money, literally paycheck to paycheck. So I'm looking into different ways of creative financing. I was just listening to a BP podcast and David Green said that some people in his area were getting a government grant to cover the down payment of a property. Has anyone every heard of this or know where to go to find out more about it?
