What was the most challenging part of your real estate journey when you first started

Hi All—

Im looking to hear some insight from investors who have done this for awhile. If I can also learn from some mistakes, that would be greatly appreciated!

I think one item that is greatly overlooked is building your network. There is the typical struggle of money vs asset and which one comes first etc. but if you have the $ then you can find the assets. To me building a strong network of people around you - not only deal flow but attorneys, vendors etc. The smarter the people around you the smarter you will be. A spin off of this is making sure you know your limits to start but also not thinking small, think big. Sometimes when you think small it can severaly stunt your growth.
