Who are the people you want to hire when performing a due diligence? For instance when you want to inspect a 12 unit apartment complex.

Depends who you have already on your time. Can you underwrite the deal? Can you inspect MEP’s, structural…. Do they have a phase I done?
There is a lot that goes into it but without knowing who is on your team or your level of expertise it’s tough to say.
