Azibo may fit your needs if you want an integrated platform with rent collection, screening, accounting, and insurance al in one place. Lots of other good stuff coming soon. Other common options that you see recommended on BiggerPockets include RentRedi, Innago, Apartments.com, tenantcloud, and turbotenant.
