Hello BP community! So I'm just starting out in REI and have been doing extensive research on how buying investment property works along with listening to the podcasts but for some reason have not been able to find info that explains tax codes nor all the loan options available. I'm ready to buy my first property today but realize all my ducks are not in a row yet. Anybody have a favorite book(s) that go in depth on these subjects? Thanks

You can start reading....that's always good, but if you're ready to buy now your quickest and best option may be to just find a good lender and CPA /Tax person (both of whom work with investors) and set up a meeting with each. If you're still not even sure what kind of questions to ask, you might start with the whole list of books here:

Take your pick.....they're all good.
