Hello BP community! So I'm just starting out in REI and have been doing extensive research on how buying investment property works along with listening to the podcasts but for some reason have not been able to find info that explains tax codes nor all the loan options available. I'm ready to buy my first property today but realize all my ducks are not in a row yet. Anybody have a favorite book(s) that go in depth on these subjects? Thanks
