Maryland Areas - Up and Coming

As a new real estate investor, I wanted to know if anyone knew of up and coming areas in Maryland, VA that could be a great place to invest.

I would suggest looking in Capitol Heights, MD. They have done major renovations to Hampton Plaza and a nice grocery store is slated to open there sometime this year. Also, I would encourage you to look up the BlueLine Corridor project. Areas near this new development would be promising.
