Hello, all...

I am a rookie in the realestate investing world. I am planning to invest in properties in Metro Atlanta that I can rehab and resell. I need some tips on getting started. I am working on my Project Plan with a strategy in mind. But, I also need the following:

• Comparables
• Best places to find wholesale materials (such as quartz countertops)
• A good Realestate investor law firm
• Best company for Realestate investor insurance
• How to find out if I need permits

I may have much more questions, but I'll just start here...thanks.
