Investing in South Florida
I am new to the South FL, currently living in Fort Lauderdale FL. I am looking for an investment property more specifically a duplex or triplex. Im trying to figure out what part of South FL I want to invest in and I'm looking for some input from some of the current investors. I know prices have changed significantly in the last few years.
