I’m 24 getting ready to sell my home
I bought a home last year and am getting ready to sell it. It’s looking like I’ll make close to 50k from the sale. If you were at this point how would you reinvest the money? I don’t think I’ll have time to do a 1031 Exchange because I’m switching careers right now.
