@Jackson Christiansen, be careful about investing in anything that will take leverage.  Lenders might be skittish given your change of careers.  Get any lending approved ahead of time.

I bought a home last year and am getting ready to sell it. It’s looking like I’ll make close to 50k from the sale. If you were at this point how would you reinvest the money? I don’t think I’ll have time to do a 1031 Exchange because I’m switching careers right now.
