Exciting News!! (Progress Report)

Hey everyone!

Long story short, I put an offer in on a 3-plex last week.

The property is close to my work, and near the heart of the nearest, large city-center. 

Going into the showing I had zero expectation that I would put an offer in on this property. However, by the end of the tour, I determined that this property was perfect for me.

I had to make it work.

I put in an offer, and last night after a second showing, my offer was accepted! My first accepted offer ever! And an incredible deal as well!

I'll do my best to keep this thread updated as the process goes along, but now we go into inspection time.
