From Contractor to Investor

Hey there, Bigger Pockets community!

I'm Tom C, and I've spent the last 5 years in the real estate industry as a general contractor. During this time, I had the privilege of working closely with several real estate investors who were involved in flipping and renting houses and complexes. It was an invaluable experience that allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the ins and outs of property development, renovations, and the importance of smart investing.

Now, I'm excited to transition to the other side of the real estate game. My goal is to become an investor myself and leverage the knowledge and skills I've acquired to make strategic investments in Real Estate. I'm eager to learn from this amazing community, share insights, and embark on this new journey into the world of real estate investing.

Hi Thomas, awesome! I think you're in a great position for success. I don't really have anything to offer you, but I want your thread to get as much exposure. You will probably get approached here on the forum by people in your area. Hope you kill it! (From a contractor of 31 years)
