Would love to chat, I'm a beginning investor
Hi there investors I'd love to talk with some Sacramento locals doing deals in the area. I am trying to acquire an investment property soon (before 2-3 months) and would love to see where the markets are at and possible strategies and routes for what works. I have some savings and would love to start with a fourplex or triplex that needs some work to use my FHA loan and have maximum leverage. Hey Mehtab, I'm a local real estate broker and investor - I also manage over 100 STR/MTR properties (Airbnb). Sacramento has been a consistent and stable market, still cheap enough for new investors to get in while offering meaningful returns.
