Hi there investors I'd love to talk with some Sacramento locals doing deals in the area. I am trying to acquire an investment property soon (before 2-3 months) and would love to see where the markets are at and possible strategies and routes for what works. I have some savings and would love to start with a fourplex or triplex that needs some work to use my FHA loan and have maximum leverage. I would also like to talk about other successful markets and strategies that have been working in various places. If you're interested please reach out I'd love to chat or grab coffee/lunch.
Hello bigger pockets community, I am a new investor in the Sacramento area wanting to start my career in wholesaling real estate. I have been acquiring information from many places such as forums, discussions, weekly meetings, books, and youtube so I believe that I know most of the information needed to start. I am making this post because although I have started cold calling myself I believe that I could be of more value and spend my time better working with a team/group of individuals who are working toward the same path. Also, I am still and always trying to learn more about the industries and methods that people are using in today's market as far as what is successful and not as successful. So if there is a group of wholesalers or investors that would be willing to take on another cold caller and want to work together please message me so we can chat further or if you have any advice for a brand new wholesaler that would be appreciated as well. Thank you for your time
Hi everyone my name is Mehtab and I am currently a senior at UC Berkeley graduating this semester and I am trying to get started in real estate as soon as I can. I have read books, forums, and learned most of the key details I believe are associated with real estate investing. I am looking to get started as a wholesale/flipper as I am located in Sacramento, CA. I have been trying to get started with my first deal but my main issue as of now is finding leads because of the insane competition in my local market. If there are any local investors or any experienced investors willing to chat and teach me some key knowledge I would need as an investor I would love to talk, connect, and get some work done.

@DJ Dawson good morning to you as well. I appreciate your insight on where I should begin, I am currently finishing up my book ABCs of real estate investing by Ken McElroy and I plan on reading more books before the year ends. I will start reading the bigger pockets ultimate beginners guide to real estate investing after I finish up. I feel as if I have the information to go out and start buying my first property, but I wanted to see how it was done first from an expert or experienced investor which I why I wanted some insight into the business. Nonetheless thank you for your reply and have a good day.

My name is Mehtab I am located in Sacramento, CA. I am beginning to learn about real estate investing and was wondering if anyone would be willing to teach me about how the process goes from how they find deals to closing the deal, and maybe any rehab they do on the way. I don't have much to offer but I am trying to start my real estate career soon and I am figuring out ways on how I should start. If anyone is available locally that would be great but I am also willing to call or zoom because all I am looking for right now is information. I have minimal experience in analyzing deals, but I am excited and willing to learn from an experienced investor. I am mostly leaning towards out-of-state real estate investing but as I am getting started I think that going to a property and seeing it would make sense for a first-time investment and it would be the safest option. Thank you for your time.
