What books should I read from BiggerPockets?

I’m building a real estate empire and I want to know what books I should read that will increase my knowledge? I am using the brrrr method.

@Joseph Fenner what step are you on in building your empire?  I’m reading One Rental at a Time right now.  It’s not on Bigger Pockets, but a good read so far.  I especially recommend it if you are building the empire while having a W2 job.

I would not read any of the BP books and move to books written by long time real estate investors who have been doing it for 40-50 years. If you want to build an empire, read books from people who have actually built an empire. No BP book author has an empire.

@Joseph Fenner Well do as you want but you definitely don’t need $5M to get started in real estate. Obviously $5M would be nice but with the right research in the right markets you can generate a nice substantial amount of cash flow with just $500K.

This is one of my favorite books I recommend to people. Why, because you understand the finance behind it. There are older editions for free online.

I don’t have a W2 job I collect disability and leverage my stocks in exchange for time. I am currently writing my business plan the deadline for it is March 10th, 2024 then I will hire someone from fiver who is smarter then me at writing and they will take what I wrote and make it look better and presentable. I will then move on to phase 2 finding an investor with $5,000,000. Then we execute phase 3. This will be done and I will have my first rental property before I turn 21 years old because I need to buy my first property at 20 years old. It’s possible trust me.
