I'm hoping to purchase my first investment in the next few months and I'm looking at online auction properties. My first purchase will most likely be sight-unseen, other than the pictures on the listing. Very scary, but it's the only way I think I can enter the market with less than $10,000 to work with.

Any advice from long distance investors?
