Hello, I need some help starting an LLC. I have been quoted $1800 from someone to help me start. Thought that might have been a bit steep. Please let me know if anyone can assist.

You don't need a site or to pay anyone. It takes 10 minutes to create in any state, just go to the state site for businesses. When you need articles of incorporation or something more specific later, you can get an attorney to draw those up, but for most people on here, they are just trying to get it open and get an EIN. It's simple to do on your own.
