Hello!

I just wanted some insight about this, I am a veteran who is trying to buy a property using the VA loan and just wanted to know some of the tricks and some of the rules of utilizing it. By any chance can I buy one property this year, live in it, and then re-fi to different loan (let's say conventional) so I can use the VA loan again to buy another property the following year? What's the best way to go about this? I planned on utilizing it every year for the next 2-3 years if possible, what's the best way to go about this?

Thank you!
