How to build relations and learn faster as a rookie

I am rookie with no experience, just theory, I am young and I heard that starting with a mentor would help me learn faster, any ideas how to network into the real state world being a beginner and getting a mentor in Miami? I am open to any other ideas on how should I start my career, all advice helps, thanks!

 WOW! That is not bad at all. Great to see some people charging a modest fee and give back value. There area also people out there who will do it for free and if you want to find a true mentor I would find someone doing deals in your area and see if you can help with their lead gen (AKA doing cold calls for them doing other forms of marketing etc.)
