Property management company or no?

Hello I am looking at a 4 quad plex deal and I am considering using a property management company instead of managing it myself. This would be my first deal for short-term rentals and I'm wondering what would be the better solution?

Hey Jacob—exciting first deal! Managing STRs can be incredibly rewarding, but also more hands-on than people expect (guest messaging, turnovers, pricing, etc.). If your goal is true passive income or scaling quickly, a good property manager can be a game-changer. Happy to share what to look for if you’re exploring that route!
