College Student with Big Real Estate Goals!

Hello everyone! My name is Anaya Stinson, and I’m currently a student at Clark Atlanta University majoring in business administration. I’m here in college to soak up all the knowledge I can, not just from the classroom but also from real-world experiences especially in business, and real estate.

I recently discovered my passion for real estate development and I’m currently learning everything I can about wholesaling, investing, and building long-term wealth. My goal is to use my time in college to set a strong foundation so that by the time I graduate, I’ll already be well on my way to developing properties and creating generational wealth especially in Black communities.

I joined BiggerPockets to connect with like-minded people, soak up game from seasoned investors, and maybe even find a mentor or two along the way. 👀 I’m open to advice, stories, or anything y’all wish you knew when you first started!

Let’s connect 💬

Hey @Anaya Stinson! Great job getting started in real estate at such a young age! I think your post was pretty inspired, and I can tell you are motivated to learn as much as you can. Don't lose that fire!!

I have a book (published by BiggerPockets) that you might find helpful. It’s called 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧.

I also run a networking group for young aspiring/beginner investors (between 15 and 26 years old), and one of the things we do is have a few Zoom meetings every month. If you'd like to join one sometime (no cost!), just let me know.
