Hey @Chance Quinlan. Great job getting started in real estate at such a young age! In my opinion, house hacking is the BEST strategy for a young person to get started in real estate. So I would recommend you explore that option for yourself.

Also, make sure you check out BiggerPocket's househacking book by Craig Curelop.

I also have a book (published by BiggerPockets) that you might find helpful. It’s called 𝐅𝐒𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐌𝐒π₯π₯𝐒𝐨𝐧.

I also run a networking group for young aspiring/beginner investors (between 15 and 26 years old), and one of the things we do is have a few Zoom meetings every month. If you'd like to join one sometime (no cost!), just let me know.

Hey Vance! Great job getting started in real estate at such a young age! I admire your ambition to get started even before turning 18. Maybe the best plan would be to network and self-educate from now until you turn 18.

Hey @Hayleigh Harper! Great job getting started in real estate at such a young age! Wholesaling is a low-cost way to get started in REI, but it is not as easy as some make it out to be. It's a tough slog, but it can be worth it if you have the determination and drive to keep grinding.

I have a book (published by BiggerPockets) that you might find helpful if you're using wholesaling as a way to achieve early financial freedom. It’s called 𝐅𝐒𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐚 𝐌𝐒π₯π₯𝐒𝐨𝐧.

I also run a networking group for young aspiring/beginner investors (between 15 and 26 years old), and we have a few members who are in wholesaling. We have a few Zoom meetings every month. If you'd like to join one sometime (no cost!), just let me know. It’s an amazing group that can change your life forever!
