Hey @Chance Quinlan. Great job getting started in real estate at such a young age! In my opinion, house hacking is the BEST strategy for a young person to get started in real estate. So I would recommend you explore that option for yourself.

Hey @Hayleigh Harper! Great job getting started in real estate at such a young age! Wholesaling is a low-cost way to get started in REI, but it is not as easy as some make it out to be. It's a tough slog, but it can be worth it if you have the determination and drive to keep grinding.
