Buyer-Broker vs. Full Broker

I am planning to buy a multifamily property in the Lakeland, Florida area within the next year. I am debating on using a broker in place of an agent. For a first time buyer, would it be best to use a broker? If so, is a buyer broker worth the savings in money buy the loss in personalized attention? Thanks in advance!

As a broker my advice is to use an agent. Brokers should be working on the business, recruiting agents, and putting out fires. Agents are more on the front lines with clients.
