Short term rental Qs
Looking to diversify my long term rental portfolio with some STRs in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area but I fully admit I'm short the knowledge in that space. So I'm looking to connect with someone who can spend 30-60 minutes talking about short term rental considerations specific to the area. I am more than happy to exchange lunch or even potentially capital investment in your project (if you have a solid deal) for the knowledge. I know the STR beach condo market is experiencing some insurance and other issues at the moment, so trying to figure out where this area lands in that.
