Looking to diversify my long term rental portfolio with some STRs in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area but I fully admit I'm short the knowledge in that space. So I'm looking to connect with someone who can spend 30-60 minutes talking about short term rental considerations specific to the area. I am more than happy to exchange lunch or even potentially capital investment in your project (if you have a solid deal) for the knowledge. I know the STR beach condo market is experiencing some insurance and other issues at the moment, so trying to figure out where this area lands in that.

Hi all! After several years investing as an accredited investor, I'm moving to building my own portfolio of SFH and small multi-family that I control and add tax and passive income benefits for additional investing. Open to properties around the country with PM management, but focusing currently on the South and Midwest. Glad to be here and looking forward to building and sharing knowledge along the way!
